Description
The intersection of 2nd and V Streets NW is a all-way stop intersection. Recently, I noticed that the stop sign for those heading south on 2nd street had been removed. This is a problem, because the rest of the stop signs at that intersection say "All Way." I was on V Street heading west and stopped at the stop on corner with 2nd street. After I stopped, a car heading south on 2nd appeared. Believing it was an 4-way stop, i made a left turn onto 2nd street, however, the other car coming south on 2nd street never stopped or even slowed down, adn we almost had an accident. If that is no longer a 4-way stop intersection, you need to update the other signs so everyone understands what they need to do. If it is still a 4-way stop intersection, you need to replace the stop sign that was removed. Drivers have a tendency to drive fast up and down 2nd street, so an accident is bound to happen in the near future if you do not remedy this situation. Thank you
